Letters ship around the 5th of every month. They go out a standard stamped envelopes to students worldwide. Letters don't have tracking to keep them affordable for everyone.
Join by the 30th of each month to receive the following month's Mail Club. Orders placed after the 30th will automatically be included in the next mailing cycle. (E.g. If you subscribe on July 2, you'll receive the August Letter, which will be shipped around August 5)

Simply prepare a brush and some water, follow along at your own pace, and enjoy a relaxing painting experience, no previous watercolour experience is needed.

We ship to almost anywhere in the world! 🌍 Letters are sent in standard stamped envelopes without tracking to keep the subscription affordable for everyone.
How long does it take to receive my mail?
Please allow approximately 3–5 business days for delivery within Canada, and 5–10 business days for international orders. 💌 Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and local postal service.
Will you share the next month's kit in advance?
Yes! 🌸 We’ll reveal a preview of the upcoming Watercolour Kit during the first week of each month, so you’ll have a chance to see the theme, artwork, and what’s included before deciding to join.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes! Just go to your Customer Portal/Profile and you can manage your subscription from there.
